This tangy and sweet Pomengranate pickle is most tempting. In winter when our market is full of this lusty red fruits, it's just time to enjoy it. Try it with paratha, rice or khichdi.. Choice is yours..
Cooking Instructions

Peel Pomengranate and take out seeds.
- 2
Keep whole spices ready.
- 3
Dry roast spices.
- 4
Add oil in pan. Once warm add asafoetida, grounded spices powder, chilli powder and jaggery.

Stir it and cook until jaggery melts. Add Pomengranate.

Cook until done.

Once cool add it to glass jar and store in fridge.
