Cooking Instructions

Take a big bowl and add cream and Lemon juice and whip it with the help of the hand blender.

Add little little water

After 10 minutes the butter will risen up, then add more iced water in it.

Now take out all the butter in a bowl and squeeze out the water.

Set it into a rectangular box and keep it into the deep fridger for 1-2 hours.

Your homemade butter is ready
