In a clean rubber,add in the flour,rice flour baoba,potash and mix everything together,add water to form a batter

These how the consistency of the batter should be,,,on a medium low heat place a pot add water and bring the water to a boil,,,when it's boils scoop the batter with your hands or spatula and add to the boiling water...keep repeating same process untill the batter is all finished

Cooked for 15 mins untill it's smooth and chewy....when cooked removed from boiling water and put it in cool water...when completely cooled I cut them into smaller pieces if you don't like it that way you don't need to cut

Serve in a plate,,,add chopped cabbage, chopped tomatoes, drizzle oil,add ground chilli pepper,add Maggi and enjoy yum yum
