Ingredients

  1. marination
  2. 250 gmmutton pieces
  3. 1 cupcurd
  4. 2 tbspbesan / gram flour
  5. to tastesalt
  6. 1 tbspcashew paste
  7. 1 tspchaat masala
  8. for gravy
  9. 4red tomato
  10. 2 tbspginger,garlic paste
  11. 2 tbspchicken curry masala
  12. acc to needsalt
  13. acc to needkashmiri chilli powder
  14. 1 pinchred food colour
  15. 2 tbspghee or oil

Cooking Instructions

    Wash mutton pieces and mix all marination ingredients,marinate mutton and keep in frize for 8 hours max.

    Next day prepare gravy,heat ghee,add whole spices,now mix ginger,garlic, tomato puree and cook along all powder spices

    Now cook it.

    Now add pinch of colour,mutton and water to set consistency

  5. 5

    Keep cooking by cover it and cook till mutton get soft and serve.
