Left over mashed potato biscuits(he called them)

my kids love these with ketchup, my husband and I like them with a little salsa and sour cream :chihuahua :-)

This is a good way to use those left over mashed potato's and turn it in to a nice side for your breakfast or even lunch or dinner ! You can dip them in some sour cream if you like !

Consider adding a little extra milk at the end since some of it will evaporate as the mash potatoes cool down.
