ચોખા ને સરખા ધોઈ પાણી નાખી બાફી લો.બફાઈ જાય પછી તેમાં દૂધ,ખાંડ, ડ્રાય ફ્રૂટ્સ, ઇલાયચી,ચારોળી,ઘી અને કિસમિસ નાખી થોડી વાર ઉકળવા દો. ઘટ્ટ થાય ત્યાં સુધી.
