પરાઠા નો લોટ બાંધી લો તેમાં મોણ અને મીઠું નાખી લોટ ત્યાર કરો

હવે બધી સબ્જી,પનીર અને મસાલા નાખી સ્ટફિંગ ત્યાર કરો.

પરાઠા ને રોટલી ની સાઈઝ માં વડી લો.હવે તેમાં સ્ટફિંગ ભરી બેય સાઈડ થી વાળી લો પછી નીચે નો ભાગ વડી ત્રિકોણ સેપ આપો અને નોન સ્ટિક પેન માં તેલ મિકી સેકી લો.
