Today's ingredients!

Oil in a large skillet over medium heat, add garlic.

Cook 1 minute, add shallots and red pepper.

Stir and cook until shallots get translucent.

Add shrimp and cook each side until cooked thoroughly.

Remove shrimp, set aside.

Add wine, salt, and pepper, then bring to simmer.

Cook it down until the sauce gets thick (about half of it).

Bring to a boil in a large pot of water. Add pasta and cook.

Reduce pasta cooking time by 1min so we FINISH it in the PAN

Put the shrimp in the "bath" and warm up before the finale!

Stir in lemon juice and butter right before adding pasta.

Add pasta/ parsley, toss well until sauce is coated evenly.
コツ・ポイント
Don't overcook shrimp!
Quickly transfer pasta into the pan after it's done. Pasta has enough pasta water to emulsify ;)
