Cooking Instructions

Make sure your omena is all sorted out and they are not well dried (matichtich)

Add two cups of water and boil till the water is almost drained
- 3
Add the onions and tomatoes together and mix gently
- 4
Add some salt and 1tbs cooking oil. Add some one more cup of water and continue boiling
- 5
When the water is drained add milk and cook for 10mins
- 6
Sprinkle some dhania on the Omena. Serve with Ugali. Yummy
- 7
Tip: If you want to cook Omena the traditional way, this is the best way and it's healthy too😋
