Ingredients

  1. 5-10big potatoes
  2. 1 cupall purpose flour
  3. 1 tbspyellow food color
  4. Water
  5. Chillies..diced
  6. Salt
  7. Lemon juice

Cooking Instructions

    Peel your potatoes and cut them into quarters

    Dip your potatoes in the paste

  3. 3

    Boil water with salt and a little turmeric/food color. Add your potatoes till all dente

  4. 4

    Potatoes are ready

  5. 5

    Time to make the paste..add flour, food color, chillies, pinch of salt, lemon juice,and water. As needed

    Dip your potatoes in the paste

  7. 7

    Heat up your oil and start to deep fry

  8. 8

    First batch

  9. 9

    Ready to eat..serve with a sauce on the side
