Am a fan of chapati mostly, but this round i and my mum decided to try and add something to make our chapati's more nutritious.

Ingredients

  1. Cassava flour
  2. Salt
  3. Sugar
  4. Cooking oil
  5. Lukewarm warm
  6. Cooking oil(cowboy or any other of your choice)
  7. Grated carrots

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl, add flour, salt, sugar, grated carrots and cooking oil and mix evenly together.

    Make a well in the middle and add the luke warm water, knead well until the dough is smooth.

  3. 3

    Divide the dough into 6 balls and place each ball in a parchment paper and flatten them.

  4. 4

    Heat your pan on medium heat, ensure you cook both sides of your chapati.

  5. 5

    Once done,serve and Enjoy with your favourite stew.
