Packed Potatoes with Coconut n Tamarind sauces#Theme Challenge

Ingredients

  1. 2kgs potatoes
  2. 1 cupAll purpose flour
  3. 1/2 cupgram flour
  4. Golden yellow food colour
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. Red chilly powder
  7. 1lemon
  8. Oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Boil the potatoes with skin,when ready peel n cut 1/4

  2. 2

    Take red chilly powder in a bowl,put some salt n squeeze the lemon n make a paste. Take 1/4 potato n apply the chilly paste.

    Take another 1/4 n stick them together. Take a big bowl n make a mixture of the APF,gram flour,salt n the food colour.Put the pack potato in make sure its coated properly.

    Put oil in a karai n deepfry. Enjoy when hot.
