Ingredients

15 minutes
4 servings
  1. 4 cupcooked Rice
  2. 1 cupfinely chopped Methi/fenugreek leaves
  3. 1/2 cupfinely chopped spring onions
  4. 1 cupgreen peas
  5. 1 tspGreen chillies garlic and ginger crushed
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. as neededOil
  8. 1 butter butter

Cooking Instructions

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Add oil and butter. Do not heat it too much. Add crushed garlic, green chillies and ginger. Add spring onions, green peas and methi.

    Add salt and cook it without cover. Let it burn the water from methi.

  3. 3

    Add rice in that. Mix it gently. Cover it and cook for some time. Sprinkle with some chopped spring onions. Serve hot.
