Ingredients

  1. 350 gyellow boiled yellow beans
  2. 2 clovesgarlic
  3. 1 pieceginger
  4. 2large onions
  5. 1large tomato
  6. 1 tspSimba mbili
  7. Cooking oil
  8. Salt to taste

Cooking Instructions

    Take the drained,boiled beans and set aside

  2. 2

    Chop the onions, tomato, garlic and ginger and set aside too

  3. 3

    Fry the onions in the oil till brown, add the tomato

  4. 4

    Let this cook for 5 mins. Add the spices and cook

  5. 5

    Add the beans and let them cook as you turn for 5 mins

  6. 6

    Add a little water and let Simmer

  7. 7

    Serve with any starch

  8. 8
