1/2 cupof red peppers
1/2 cupof green peppers
1/2 cupof yellow peppers
1/2 cupof red or white onion or scallion
115 oz can of pineapple chunks drained
115 oz can of kernel corn drained
1/4 cupof fresh parsley or if dry 1 tablespoon

While the rice is boiling dice the peppers and onions

Once the rice is done pour it into a big bowl and add the peppers,onions, corn and pineapples. Stir the mixtures evenly throughout ,garnish with the parsley
