Ingredients

  1. Veg oil for frying
  2. 2 poundsshrimp peeled
  3. 1/4 cupheavy cream
  4. 2small eggs
  5. 1 cupflour
  6. 1 cupseasoned panko bread crumbs
  7. 1 tbspgarlic powder
  8. 1 tbsponions powder
  9. 1 tbsppaprika
  10. to taste Salt and pepper
  11. 1& 1/4 cup mayo
  12. 1/2 cupsweet chili sauce
  13. 1 tspchili oil flakes
  14. 2-3 tbspsiracha

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil on level 6. Peel shrimp, mix in whipped eggs and heavy cream.

  2. 2

    Do not bread ahead of time to prevent soggyness. Cook til brown and crispy and toss in sauce that’s heated up for 1 min and mixed. Serve hot!
