This is one of my husband's favorite things to eat so i decided to surprise him with these 😊

One day I was buying my errand and saw these big, fresh chili and a friend had told me that if not wise to prepare wrapped in bacon ... and I wanted to try for Christmas when we had a meeting of friends and they love them and eat all .. .myself can't reach any one. And as they were so successful .... I have repeated several times this recipe.

I'd been wanting to make bacon wrapped jalapeños for tailgating ever since I'd seen an ad in a cooking magazine. I've made plenty of different stuffed jalapenos but this is by far the best. it took a while but they came out awesome. It is very important that you coat these 3 times or the filling may leak out. If you don't like a crispy crust you can coat it twice instead.

These jalapeño poppers are creamy in the middle with crispy bacon on the outside. They're easy to make and taste so much better than traditional poppers.

Prep time is definitely worth the wait.
