  7. 1/4 cupcoconut oil (or vegetable oil, about 60 ml)
  8. 3 tablespoonsunsalted butter (about 40 grams)
  9. 1 teaspoonvanilla extract (about 5 ml)
  10. 2-3 tablespoonssugar substitute (about 30-40 grams)
  11. Topping: banana slices, chia seeds, chocolate as desired
