Cooking Instructions

Prepare ingredients and lay in a stainless steel pot.

Add chicken broth, water and milk.
- 3
Set on medium low heat and cook,covered, for 15 to 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender.

Puree everything and plate as desired. Serve warm or hot, Garnish with scallions or leeks. (Leeks are sweeter and milder than scallions and can be eaten raw)

Another alternative is to serve it as it is without pureeing.
