These are so darn delicious and addicting! I don't have measurements because I just eye ball stuff to my liking. 🤪❤

Ingredients

  1. Mozzarella & Parmesan cheese Shredded can use other cheeses
  2. I normally just use kraft mozzarella & Parmesan cheese blend
  3. Dill pickles slices (I use hamburger style)
  4. Garlic powder
  5. Creole seasoning or cayenne pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Pre heat oven to 400 degrees and lightly spray a mini muffin tin with cooking spray

  2. 2

    Pat dry desired amounts of pickles

  3. 3

    Mix up your cheeses

  4. 4

    Put a little cheese in the bottoms of the muffin cups

  5. 5

    Add some pickles to each muffin cup

  6. 6

    Top with some more cheese and lightly sprinkle on garlic powder and creole seasoning or cayenne pepper

  7. 7

    Bake for 15 or 20 minutes till browned and crisp.

  8. 8

    Driain on a paper towel and serve with ranch dressing
