Wash beef then parboil for 5 mins. Then wash it again.

Heat wok add oil then sautee ginger and garlic. Next is the beef. Continue cooking until the beef change its color.

Then combine it all the ingredients except the radish and carrot.

Cover and let it boil for 30 mins. Aftjr 30 mins. Open the lid and add carrot and radish. Simmer again for 20 mins.
