Add oil in a heated wok. Sautee ginger and shallots until aromatic.

Then add ribs and keep mixing until meat changes colour.

Pour oyster sauce, tauci and water. Mix well. Cover to cook.

When meat is half done add in pumpkin. And continue cooking until pumpkin is ready.
