Instant Cabbage and Shio-Konbu Tsukemono Pickles

I wanted to try to lose weight while still eating delicious food, and I always wanted to eat a lot of vegetables! So I made this!
The shio-konbu (shredded konbu seaweed cooked in soy sauce) is salty, so please adjust the amount of salt to your taste. I think you just need a little bit. For 1 to 2 servings. Recipe by Hana hana chan
Cooking Instructions

Rip up the cabbage leaves with your hands.

Sprinkle the cabbage with salt, and make the shio-konbu ready!

Put the cabbage and shio-konbu in a plastic or Ziploc bag.

Massage lightly over the bag (optional...). Put the bag in the refrigerator, rest for 5 to 10 minutes and it's done!!

Transfer to a serving dish, sprinkle with ponzu sauce and shichimi spice, and enjoy!
