Ingredients

  1. 3Big Bowls Thin Poha
  2. 1 CupGrated cucumber🥒
  3. 7-8 Coconut pieces
  4. 3 green chilies
  5. Chopped green coriander
  6. 3 tsp Lemon juice
  7. 2 tspsugar
  8. 2 tspsalt
  9. For Tadaka
  10. 2 tspoil
  11. 2 tsp Mustard seeds
  12. 1 tsp Asafoetida-
  13. 7-8 Curry leaves
  14. 4 tsp peanuts

    Sieve thin poha with strainer. Clean the poha. Keep it aside.

    Let us grate cucumber. Also make pieces of coconut. In a mixie jar add coconut pieces + grren chilies + ginger + coriander. Ground all in pulse mode so that the texture of this mixture will be bit coarse & not smooth. Keep it aside.

    Now heat oil in tadka pan. Add mustard seeds + asafoetida- + curry leaves+ peanuts. Fry peanuts until brown. Keep the tadka aside & let it cool.

    Tale a large mixing bowl. Add grated cucumber + ground coconut & chili mixture. Add salt + sugar + lemon juice. Combine all ingredients. Then mix thin poha into cucumber mixture. Add ready tadka into poha. Combine poha with all ingredients well with our hand so that poha gets coated with the tadka, cucumber & coconut mixture.

    Cover it for 10 min. Then serve ready cucumber poha as a quick snack.
