Ingredients

6-8 cwater
5eggs
1-2 tspsalt
1/4 tspred pepper
2-3 tbspmayonnaise
Just a pinch of turmeric
2 tspcurry or more for taste
1 pinchpaprika

Cooking Instructions

Boil eggs about 10-12 min

After boiled let cool. Keep eggs in ice cold water and keep in there until ready to peel. Very important for peeling. peel very carefully. Cut down the length of it in half and carefully scoop out the yolk. On the 5 egg I use just the yolk inside of it for the mixture

Mix all ingredients together except the paprika with a fork until lumps aur gone. Put the mixture back into the eggs and sprinkle with paprika and enjoy. I put my abacha in the middle for pic purposes
