The perfect BBQ side for your summer. It’s light and refreshing but has some good body to it too.

Steps

Blanch green beans until tender for about 2 minutes, then place them into an icebath to stop the cooking process.

Pinch them at the tip and use the natural seam to tear the green beans apart.

In a pan, heat olive oil over medium low heat and infuse with garlic, preserved lemon, and chili flakes until the garlic is soft and not brown.

Combine green beans, feta, almonds, mint, and parsley in a bowl.

Drizzle with infused oil and lemon juice, then toss.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Tips
For extra flavor, let the salad sit for a few minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
