Chinese-Style BBQ Seasoning (烧烤料)

Ever wonder what makes Chinese street BBQ so addictive? This homemade seasoning is the secret. It’s packed with toasted cumin, chili flakes, sesame, few more spices and a homemade Chinese crumbly cookie for that hint of sweetness and crunch. You can sprinkle it on grilled meat, tofu, sausage, bread, veggies—anything you want. I keep a jar in my kitchen at all times. Trust me—once you try it, you’ll never want BBQ without it again. Enjoy !

BBQ Rub BBQ Rub

Chinese BBQ Chicken Marinade Chinese BBQ Chicken Marinade
I love making my own style of Asian dishes. Roast pork is a family favorite so I adapted my own at home version of the marinade to use for it. This marinade can be used in chicken like I did today or more traditionally with boneless pork ribs or pork loin. It's such a warm, sweet, hot sauce. Just delicious. Taylor Topp Comacho -
