Stuffed Eggs with Savory Zabaglione, Asparagus, Guanciale, and Pecorino Stuffed Eggs with Savory Zabaglione, Asparagus, Guanciale, and Pecorino
Recipe inspired by a Roman chef, trying to replicate the idea. The process seems difficult with many steps, but it's actually very simple. It can be made for many people as an appetizer, and the preparation time doesn't change except for opening the eggs. 𝕌𝕟 𝕘𝕣𝕒𝕟𝕔𝕙𝕚𝕖𝕥𝕥𝕠 𝕚𝕟 𝕔𝕦𝕔𝕚𝕟𝕒🦀👨🏻🍳Translated from Cookpad Italy -

Aglio, Olio, e Peperoncino Aglio, Olio, e Peperoncino
It seems like this would be an easy pasta dish, but it is actually the most difficult. I used to eat out at many different restaurants, and tried many recipes, but I think this is the best one.The most important key is the pasta cooking time. (2 minutes less than the instructions on the package) Add the pasta cooking water slowly, and toss in the pan to emulsify. Recipe by Kyarameri-na cookpad.japan -

You can use this method of preparing meat for other types of meat too. Please try it. Recipe by Hokkori-no cookpad.japan -

I had hamburger thawed out but didn't want meat sauce and didn't have time for meatballs. I came up with this creation. I was told it was my top 6th dinner that I make. I served it over toast for my boyfriend and I tried to lessen the carbs for mine so as you can see from the pic I just had mine in a bowl. Brenda Ruchel -
