I had hamburger thawed out but didn't want meat sauce and didn't have time for meatballs. I came up with this creation. I was told it was my top 6th dinner that I make. I served it over toast for my boyfriend and I tried to lessen the carbs for mine so as you can see from the pic I just had mine in a bowl.

I had hamburger thawed out but didn't want meat sauce and didn't have time for meatballs. I came up with this creation. I was told it was my top 6th dinner that I make. I served it over toast for my boyfriend and I tried to lessen the carbs for mine so as you can see from the pic I just had mine in a bowl.

Ingredients

3 to 4 servings
  1. 1 poundhamburger
  2. 1/2green pepper diced
  3. 1/2small onion diced
  4. 1 can(small) sliced or pieces and stems mushrooms
  5. 1 cancream of mushroom soup
  6. 1/2 teaspoonpaprika
  7. 1/2 teaspooncumin
  8. Dashoregano or parsley to top

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Coat a medium frying pan with oil. Add hamburger and brown until halfway done.

  2. 2

    Add peppers onions and mushrooms and saute until tender and the hamburger is cooked.

  3. 3

    Make a well in the center and Add cream of mushroom soup.

  4. 4

    Stir to combine adding a dash of milk if needed.

  5. 5

    Stir in paprika and cumin and simmer until heated through.

  6. 6

    Serve and top with a dash of oregano or parsley.
