Cut through your raw sausage

Divide the sausage in strips making sure you don't cut through it.

Fold the sausage to form a circle and support it with a tooth pick.

Fry oil in a pan on low heat

Place the sausage on the pan and beat the egg at centre.

Enjoy once well cooked.
