Ingredients: dry mix ingredients; 2 cup flour; 1 cup oats; 1/4 tsp salt; 2 tsp cinnamon; 2 tsp baking powder; wet mix ingredients; 1 cup sugar; 1/4 cup brown sugar; 1/2 cup milk; 1/2 tbs lemon juice; 2 eggs; 3/4 cup vegetable oil; 1 cup apple sauce; 1/2 tsp vanilla; top sauce; 1 cup icing sugar; 1/2 cup apple sauce

Ingredients

dry mix ingredients
2 cupflour
1 cupoats
1/4 tspsalt
2 tspcinnamon
2 tspbaking powder
wet mix ingredients
1 cupsugar
1/4 cupbrown sugar
1/2 cupmilk
1/2 tbslemon juice
2eggs
3/4 cupvegetable oil
1 cupapple sauce
1/2 tspvanilla
top sauce
1 cupicing sugar
1/2 cupapple sauce

Steps

Preheat oven to 350f

Greese a loaf pan

In a bowl add dry ingredients together and mix and set aside

In another bowl add wet ingredients and mix together

Add dry ingredients to wet and mix together

Pour in mix to loaf pan

Bake for 1 hour and cool for 20 minutes remove to plate and poor sauce mix on top...fills in the cracks

Slice and enjoy
