1 hour 20 mins
2 servings
  1. 50 mlwater
  2. 300 mlbouillon
  3. 125 mlflour
  4. 100 mlmeat

Cooking Instructions

1 hour 20 mins
  1. 1

the meat should be ready to eat, so if yours isn't fried or whatever, start with doing that. you can also use shrimps, mushrooms or other stuff you like instead of the meat.

  2. 2

add the flour to a bowl and make a little hole in it

  3. 3

put the water in the hole and mix it in with the flour, little by little

  4. 4

make a little ball of dough and put it in a plastic bag or in plastic foil

  5. 5

put the dough in the refrigerator for at least an hour

  6. 6

kavla the dough flat, as thin as you can. use a lot of flour so it won't stick to whatever surface you are on.

  7. 7

roll the dough up and cut it. you should end up with little spirals

  8. 8

put the bouillon in a pot and turn the stove on

  9. 9

straighten the spirals and pull gently on each

  10. 10

put them in the boiling bouillon and let cook for a few minutes

  11. 11

put in the meat cut in little pieces in the suop

  12. 12

put in a eating bowl and eat!
