Wash and cut the kidneys. Boil the kidney with ginger seasoning cube and scotch bonnet

Wash and parboil the rice. Drain and set aside.

Heat oil in a pan sauté the onions ginger and scotch bonnet Seasoning cube and tomatoes paste Add the kidney together with the broth.

Add the rice mix and allow it to cook.
