Wash beans and boil until soft and then perboil the rice.then wash the boiled beans then add to the perboil rice and mix then cook them together

Wash the chicken add onion cinnamon pepper and spices to it with a pinch of salt and boil

Then grind your tomato onion pepper to make the souce after boiling the chicken add the chicken to the grind tomato and cook add vegetable oil and spices to it and allow to cook

Cut your cabbage and peel the carrots wash them and add salad cream and mix

The rice and beans is ready to serve wit chicken souce and salad enjoy
