2Salmon fillet (300 gr)
1 tbspwhole grained mustard
1 tbspdijon mustard
1 tbsphoney
1 tspbrown sugar
1 clovegarlic, minced
1/4lemon
to tasteSalt and pepper

Season the salmon with salt and pepper

In a small bowl, mix honey, dijon mustard, whole grained mustard, brown sugar, juice of 1/4 lemon, garlic, salt, and pepper

Brush your non stick skillet with a little bit of oil

Heat the skillet over high heat

Place the salmon in the skillet

Flipp it after 2 minutes, and let it cook for 2 minutes more

Turn off the heat

Spread the mustard mixture over the top of salmon

Cook it for 10 minutes more in the oven (150 degrees Celsius)
