@cook_18373710 Hola Carla! 😀 No doy tiempos porque depende mucho de la temperatura ambiente donde estamos cocinando. Lo que necesitamos es que el huevo no se coagule porque la mezcla está algo caliente. Así que una vez a temperatura ambiente, los podés agregar tranqui. ☺️
