Cara Memasak

Panaskan pan atau kuali leper dengan api sederhana.

Dalam mangkuk, campurkan bersama tepung oat, serbuk penaik dan garam. Kacau rata.

Dalam mangkuk lain, lenyek pisang dan gaul bersama telur hingga sebati.

Kemudian masukkan susu dan minyak ke adunan pisang dan telur.

Masukkan bahan basah ke dalam bahan kering dan gaul sehingga sebati.

Masak pancake atas pan yang telah disapu minyak atau butter. Scoop adunan pancake dan masak hingga sedikit keperangan. Bila nampak ada bubble tu maknanya pancake dah masak.

Angkat pancake dah hidang ketika masih panas dengan madu atau maple syrup. Yums!
