I tried different combinations and amounts of ingredients to make the sauce. It was like Korean sauce laboratory at home😅 And each time, I asked my husband to taste as he is from Korea and a big fan of this fried chicken. Hope @dilla can make this too!! Are you going to bristol in 2 weeks? Or virtual online? I’ve bookmarked some of your korean recipe. Usually i cheat if i crave this dish—> buy kfc wing and coated myself with the sauce 🤣🤣but since you use strawberry jam, the color is beautiful. Just like i saw in k-drama
