Oh man, these are good! I remembered to buy the apricot jam when I went to the store, but didn't have a clue I was only down to one stick of butter until I got back home (my husband used a stick to make his hot sauce while I was gone lol). Anyway, I made a half batch (still using 1 egg yolk) and they came out great. Oh, I also forgot to get nuts, but that's fine too cause my husband said he wouldn't have wanted nuts anyway. Lmao
