I’ve bought Isle of Wight tomatoes in the Reg the Veg, tried to follow your recipe so that I even went to buy a mozzarella cheese, but somehow I forgot to use it and ended up enjoying just the tomatoes!😂 Thanks to you and @lindzi , I got to know this special tomatoes that I can really enjoy just with basic seasonings! I love this so much!
