Fried Sardine
#Gombestate. I love all types of fish
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Wash your fish with vinegar and cut to desired size
- 2
Heat oil, sprinkle salt on the fish and add them to the hot oil. Do not stir constantly as this will lead to crushing of the fish, allow to cook slowly till one side is done then turn the other
- 3
Remove from oil and put on a paper towel to drain then serve with food or pepper. I ate mine with Spaghetti and sauce.

Foolproof Deep-Fried Sardine (Mackerel) Foolproof Deep-Fried Sardine (Mackerel)
I failed at filleting the sardines. It would have just fallen apart if I tried to simmer them, so I tried deep frying them. Aside from just looking good, the flavor really soaks in, and it's got a nice coating. All in all it was pretty delicious. The more serrated the cut edges of the fish are, the more the edges will rise up dynamically when frying. Recipe by Masapandayan. cookpad.japan -
