  4. 1 dashBlack pepper and salt

    Slice up button mushroom

    Use the sardin olive oil and brown the button mushroom till its lightly brown and fragrant

    Turn the mushroom over and brown the other side too together with the sardin till its lightly brown and fragrant

    Season with salt and pepper and serve
