  1. 2 cupsWheat flour
  2. 1/4 tbspSalt
  3. 1/2 cupLukewarm Milk (optional)
  4. 1 tbspOil
  5. as required Water
  6. 1/4 cupwheat flour for making phulke

Cooking Instructions

    In big bowl add 2 cups of wheat flour with salt, milk, oil mix well. (milk is optional is you don't want skip it). Add little by little water knead well and make soft dough from it. Cover with muslin cloth keep a side for 15 mins.

    After 15 mins take some part from the dough spread some dry flour on it. Roll it half spread oil on top fold and spread some dry flour again then start rolling.

    After completing cook phulka on tawa from both side.
