A natural and refreshing drink.

De seed the date and wash with warm water, then soak it inside hot water for two hours.

Blend and set aside.
- 3
Wash cucumber and apple dice then and blend.
- 4
Seive and set aside.
- 5
Pour seived cucumber and apple inside the blender and the blended date and blend again.
- 6
Squeeze the lemon juice inside the mixture.
- 7
Refrigerate and enjoy cool.
