My children are in love with cucumber so decided to give them a drink of it.

Wash the cucumber and cut it into pieces. Wash the ginger and scrap the back and add it to the cucumber and blend all till smooth. Sieve it in a bowl and keep it.

Wash and press the lemon on a hard surface so that you can squeeze all the juice out of it, add the lemon juice to the sieved cucumber and add sugar to taste.
