Cheese Spring Rolls
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Cut cheese into few inches long. Or if using cheese slices, stack them in two, then, cut into preferable size. Cheese slices kinda better as some cheeses are extra creamier & melt beautifully. Next, Cut & slice crab stick the same length & size of the cheese - if using crab stick. Kids love plain creamy cheese with fried crispy wrapper skins. Very often, we use only cheese as the filling.
- 2
Wrap cheese & crab stick (if using) in a wrapper. Seal the edge/end of the wrapper with beaten egg.
- 3
Deep fry over medium heat until lightly brown & serve with cheese sauce.

Easy Spring Rolls with Cheese and Wieners Easy Spring Rolls with Cheese and Wieners
Spring roll filling is a pain to make. Wondering what I should do, I looked in the freezer and found wieners and cheese, and decided to try them in spring rolls. "Hey, this is great" I thought. My husband seems to like them even better than regular spring rolls.Be careful not to roll the wrappers too loosely. The cheese will ooze out when it melts and cause the oil to pop. Do your best to wrap the rolls firmly and securely. Recipe by Kiki mama cookpad.japan -

Simple Non-Fried Toasted Spring Rolls Simple Non-Fried Toasted Spring Rolls
When eating out I've had both spring rolls with cream cheese and spring rolls with edamame, so I decided to see what would happen if I combined them Then I added some of my favourite mentaiko and cooked them in the oven (since I couldn't be bothered with frying them). They came out really well and everyone loved them! Now I have these all the time. You can add more edamame if you'd like, but if you add in 4, they're spaced out just enough so that you get a bean with each bite. I had leftover spring roll wrappers and was thinking of a way to make appetizers. Here's my take on cooking a dish with my favorite ingredients: wiener sausages, cheese, and curry.Even if you don't boil the wiener sausages before wrapping it, it will cook through when pan-frying and become plump. Serve with ketchup if you like. For 1 serving. Recipe by Kyocchin cookpad.japan -
Veggie and Italian Spring Rolls For Vegans Veggie and Italian Spring Rolls For Vegans
I once saw a celebrity's wife making Italian spring rolls (with ham) on TV. Here's my even healthier variation. It's really popular amongst the girls. When serving men, it might be better to include ham, cheese, and tomato like the one I saw on TV.Unless you put the potato on the bottom, the water from the tomato will break the wrapper when folding it in. Be careful! The filling may be eaten as it is, so just make sure the wrapper is cooked enough when frying. The calories for oil equals the amount of oil absorbed by the ingredients. This time, I calculated at 10% compared to regular fried dishes. Recipe by Yukoai_yukoi cookpad.japan -
