Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 cupsall purpose flour
  2. 3 1/2 tspbaking powder
  3. 1 tspsalt
  4. 3 tbspwhite sugar
  5. 1 1/4 cupsmilk
  6. 1egg
  7. 3 tbspbutter

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Sift together the dry ingredients

  2. 2

    Make a well in the middle and add all wet ingredients together until there are no lumps

  3. 3

    Cook in a greased pan for approximately a minute on each side
