This versatile tuna salad is extremely quick and easy to make. Use on it's own as per the recipe or customize by adding additional ingredients such as cooked bow-tie pasta, sliced tinned potatoes, diced cucumber, chopped green and red peppers etc. Great as a salad component, for sandwiches, as a spread on crackers, as a filling for lettuce cups or for a buffet, picnic or pot luck meal.
