Made in minutes with kitchen basics like canned tuna, mayo and bright lemon. It's an easy, staple recipe and makes the perfect lunch!

Ingredients

15 minutes
4 people
  1. 2 canstuna (in water)
  2. 2hard boiled eggs
  3. 1large stalk celery, diced (optional)
  4. 2 tbspsweet relish or diced dill pickles
  5. 2 tbspwhite onion (minced)
  6. 2 tspyellow mustard
  7. 2 tspdried parsley
  8. to tasteSalt and pepper
  9. 1/2 tspdried dill weed
  10. 1/2 tspcelery seed
  11. 1/2 tsphot sauce (I use Frank's Red Hot Sauce)
  12. 1 tsplemon juice

Cooking Instructions

15 minutes
  1. 1

    In a medium pot boil 2 large eggs.

  2. 2

    Add drained tuna to bowl and gently break up large chunks.

  3. 3

    Add eggs, mayonnaise, celery, pickles, onion, mustard, parsley, salt, pepper and/or optional dill, celery seed, hot sauce, and lemon juice.

    Gently stir everything together and serve in a sandwich, with crackers or on a salad. Or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to use. Enjoy!
