Ingredients

  1. Beans
  2. shambo/pepper
  3. Onions
  4. Garlic
  5. seasoning
  6. heedah curry/spices
  7. oil
  8. to tastesalt

Cooking Instructions

    Wash beans to remove shelf put in shambo/pepper, onions and garlice and grind into paste

  2. 2

    Put in oil, heedah curry and spice mix,seasoning and salt to taste

  3. 3

    Mix very well,and put in moi moi container or tie in white leather and steam for 1 hr

  4. 4

    Saute onions,pepper and spinach add seasoning and little curry/spice and salt to taste.

  5. 5

    Serve with pap or drink.
